Lisle Creek Estates is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our assisted living team in Lisle, IL. The role provides licensed nursing services under Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and compassionate care.

The LPN will manage medication administration, participate in admissions, develop care plans, monitor health status, and educate residents and staff. Flexibility for shifts and a commitment to quality care are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Licensed Practical Nurse license current in the practicing state.
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ year experience in senior care or related field.
• English proficiency to perform duties and respond to emergencies.

• Compensation: USD 38 - USD 43 - hourly

• Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
• May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation.
• Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
• May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director.
• Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community.
• Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation.
• Respond quickly to all emergencies.
• Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.
• May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.

Level of Formal Education: Training from an accredited licenses or vocational nursing program

Type of Experience: Senior care or related field
Special Certifications: Must have a Licensed Practical Nurse’s License current in the state in which they are practicing. Also, needs to be CPR Certified
Language Skills: Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations.
