Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking an LPN to provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in our Mount Vernon area. The role requires maintaining a current LPN license and delivering compassionate, professional care in a team-focused environment.

You will implement personal care plans, monitor medication administration, and educate residents and staff on health maintenance. Evening and weekend shifts available, with part-time hours.

As an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.
