Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living in Lexington, KY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care in our assisted living communities. You will support daily resident needs, follow care plans, and work as part of a dedicated care team.

We value reliability, a can-do attitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. CPR and current LPN license are required. We offer comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in applicable state and CPR certification.
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills.
• LPN duties include assisting residents, documenting health information and following care plans.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and give guidance to RA and CNA staff.
• Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident’s specific care plan.
• Make resident safety needs a daily priority.
• Continually assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concerns.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
