Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the evening shift in our assisted living community. You will support daily activities, resident care, and collaborative care planning in a secure, dignified environment focused on quality of life.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN license, CPR certification, and is able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Competenze

• Current LPN license in the applicable state and CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents and families.
• Take initiative and provide guidance to RA and CNA staff.
• Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident’s care plan.
• Make resident safety a daily priority.
• Continually assess, document, and monitor resident health.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.

We Are Looking For

LPNs Are Expected To Accomplish Tasks Outside Of Their Normal Assignments Whenever Necessary To Maintain a Quality Care Environment For Our Residents. As Part Of a Team-oriented Workplace, LPNs Participate In Training Opportunities And Offer Help To Other Areas And Staff In Need. The Typical Work Of a LPN Can Include
