Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Assisted Living communities. You will support daily resident needs, follow care plans, and collaborate with a compassionate team to ensure quality care in a secure, pleasant setting.

We value a can-do attitude, reliability, and empathy. Must hold a current LPN license in the applicable state and CPR certification, and be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods. On-site shifts available across all locations.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in applicable state and CPR certification.
• Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills are required.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents and provide standard LPN care as per care plans.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs and safety as a daily priority.
• Take initiative and provide guidance to care staff as needed.
• Record, monitor, and communicate resident health concerns to the team.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment and participate in training opportunities.

The Typical Work Of a LPN Can Include
