Job summary

Westwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Florida seeks a self-directed leader to oversee all aspects of resident care and ensure continuous delivery of high-quality services. You will collaborate with Therapy, Dietary and Social Work teams to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care and smooth operation across shifts.

Experience with dementia, wound care, post-operative and respiratory care is valued; licensing in FL/NC/NY is required; all shifts available.

Qualifications

• RN license in FL/NC/NY required.
• Experience in dementia care and wound care preferred.
• Ability to work flexible across shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties

• As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team.

• Interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position

• Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care

• All shifts available
