Job summary

Continuum Healthcare Inc. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Serenity Spring Senior Living at Jasonville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

All shifts available, including part-time days and full-time evenings, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The LPN will perform nursing functions within the scope of licensure, administer medications, collaborate with the nursing team, and ensure resident confidentiality in line with HIPAA and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of PA.
• Nursing: 1 year experience preferred.

• Part-time Dayshift and Full-time evening shift.

LPN POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Performs nursing functions within scope of LPN licensure
• Strong LPN skills required
• Works closely with all members of the nursing team and must have the ability to adapt to changing day to day environment/clinical settings
• Administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies
• Maintaining confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulations
• Interacting cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff

LPN POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) in the State of PA
• Required experience for Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ): Nursing: 1 year
• Required license or certification for Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ): LPN
