Qualifications

• Possession of a Delaware practical Nurse license, Delaware temporary license or multi-state compact license.
• At least six months experience as a Practical Nurse for LPN II/VI, as applicable.
• Compliance with nursing licensure requirements and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administers treatments and records vital signs as directed.
• Pours, administers, charts and records medications.
• Dresses wounds, monitors hydration and nutrition as part of patient care.
• Observes patient behavior and reports changes to staff.
