Complete Care, Inc. is seeking an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse for their Dover location. Responsibilities include administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, and providing individualized care plans. Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Delaware as an LPN.
• Pass background check, drug screen, professional references, and physical evaluation.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Wound care: perform wound care/prevention and manage pain.
• Observe physical and mental health status, track changes.
• Provide catheter/ostomy care and gather specimens.
• Assist in executing individualized care planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare team on care strategies.
• Educate families and residents about health status.
• Document health status and care interactions.
• Oversee and delegate CNAs to ensure quality care.
