Job summary

Regency Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a caring team. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on for full-time and a $2,500 sign-on for part-time, with full-time shifts from 3pm to 11pm.

Rate is $35-$38 per hour, with weekend and shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO and more. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as an LPN in Delaware.
• CPR Certification.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Takes an active role in direct resident assessment and development of service plan and care.
• Administers medication and/or treatment to residents.
• Communicates resident pertinent data to the appropriate responsible party.
• Supervises and coordinates CNAs in providing direct resident care in adherence to State and Federal guidelines.
• Puts resident service first: Ensures residents and responsible parties receive high-quality service in a caring atmosphere.
• Flexible, caring, supportive team member.
