Job summary

Menno Haven in Chambersburg, PA seeks a dedicated LPN to join our caregiving team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and participate in the assessment process while supervising Certified Nursing Assistant staff.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires an active PA LPN license and current CPR certification, with prior senior living experience preferred. Shift is 6PM-6AM with every other weekend and holiday rotation; strong teamwork and positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in PA.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Prior healthcare or senior living experience is highly desirable.

Full-time / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience

Our LPN’s provide care, support and assistance to the residents which includes but is not limited to: direct care, administering medications and participating in the assessment process. Additionally, our LPN’s will have supervisory responsibility of the Certified Nursing Assistant team members.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active, LPN license in PA
• Current CPR certified, required
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone
