Job summary

Menno Haven in Chambersburg, PA is seeking an experienced LPN to provide direct resident care, administer medications, and participate in assessment processes.

The role includes supervisory responsibility of the CNA team, working on a full-time, 6a-6p schedule with every other weekend and holiday rotation, and contributing to a compassionate, team-oriented living environment.

Active PA LPN license and CPR certification are required; prior healthcare or senior living experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Full-time / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience

Our LPN’s provide care, support and assistance to the residents which includes but is not limited to: direct care, administering medications and participating in the assessment process. Additionally, our LPN’s will have supervisory responsibility of the Certified Nursing Assistant team members.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active, LPN license in PA
• Current CPR certified, required
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone
