Job summary

Menno Haven is seeking a part-time CNA to provide compassionate care and support to residents on-site. The role includes assisting with ADLs, feeding, hygiene, and companionship, while promoting a positive, team-based environment.

Qualified candidates will hold an active PA CNA license and CPR certification, with prior healthcare or senior living experience preferred. Flexible weekend/holiday rotation is required, and benefits are provided based on eligibility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to residents, including ADLs, feeding, personal hygiene, and companionship

• Document and report resident status and changes to the care team

Part-time / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience

The CNA will provide care, support and assistance to the residents which includes but is not limited to: ADL's, feeding, personal hygiene and companionship.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active, good-standing CNA license in PA
• Current CPR Certified, required
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone
