Park View Care Center, a Cassia community, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time evening shifts (2:45pm–11:25pm) in Buffalo, MN. Wage range $29.16–$38.54 per hour with shift differentials and a $5,000 bonus for part-time hires.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Park View Care Center, you'll provide hands‑on nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident health and support individualized care plans alongside a skilled clinical team. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who thrives in a team‑oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Position Type: Part‑Time
Shifts Available:
Evenings: 2:45pm to 11:25pm
Wage Range: $29.16 to $38.54 / hour depending on experience
Shift Differential: $2.00 / hour for evenings; $6.00 / hour for nights
Bonus: $5,000 (Part‑Time)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• Current MN LPN License.
• Must have CPR/ BLS certification.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
