As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Lakeside Generations, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time, working every other weekend and every other holiday

Available Shifts: Every other Weekend Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Part-Time), Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Full-Time)

Wage Range: $27 to $31.33 / hour depending on experience.

Shift Differential: Evening $3 / hour, Nights (NOC) $4 / hour. Bonus: $5,000 Part-Time, $10,000 Full-Time. Location: 439 William Avenue East, Dassel MN 55325

Nurse Responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Nurse Qualifications:

• Must have MN LPNLicense and be in good standing.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
