Lakeside Generations, a Cassia senior community, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team and support the Director of Nursing. This nonprofit campus values compassionate care and career growth, with sign-on bonuses for part-time and full-time roles.

As an LPN at Lakeside Generations, you will administer medications, collaborate with a dedicated team, and provide high-quality care to residents. We offer flexible shifts, weekend and holiday rotation, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have MN LPN License and be in good standing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Position Type

Part-Time or Full-Time, working every other weekend and every other holiday

Available Shifts

• Every other Weekend Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Part-Time)
• Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Full-Time)

Wage Range

$27 to $31.33 / hour depending on experience.

Shift Differential

• Evening $3 / hour
• Nights (NOC) $4 / hour

Bonus

• $5,000 Part-Time
• $10,000 Full-Time

Nurse Responsibilities
