Job summary

Park View Care Center, a Cassia community in Buffalo, MN, is seeking registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) on-call to join a welcoming senior care team. You will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, and support individualized care plans with a skilled clinical team.

On-call shift differentials apply: $2.00/hour for evenings; $6.00/hour for nights. RN wage: $33.10–$39.60/hour; LPN wage: $28.04–$37.06/hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Current MN RN or LPN License.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Position Type: On-Call

Wage Range:

RN: $33.10 to $39.60 / hour depending on experience

LPN: $28.04 to $37.06 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:

$2.00 / hour for eves; $6.00 / hour for nights
