Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses for Per Diem positions across Hampton Roads, VA. Hourly pay ranges from $37 to $39 with same-day or next-day pay options.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and potential full-time hours. Local staffing coordinators are available from 5 AM to 11:30 PM to support you.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
