Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking an experienced LPN to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads, VA. Per diem shifts with competitive pay of $37-$39 per hour offer flexible scheduling and support from local staffing coordinators.

Position requires active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and BLS/CPR certification. Perks include same-day or next-day pay and a bonus after two shifts completed.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
