Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA seeks experienced LPNs for per diem positions across Hampton Roads. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling with options for full-time hours.

Per diem nurses receive same-day or next-day pay, a signing bonus after two shifts, weekly payroll, and access to local staffing coordinators from 5 AM to 11:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
