Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads, VA. You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, administer medications, collect and document patient information, and coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.

We offer $37-$39 per hour, same-day or next-day pay with the RapidPay Card, a hiring bonus after 2 shifts, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and local staffing

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR
• PPD within the last year

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs

Requirements

• Active LPN license
