Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our per diem team across Hampton Roads. The role offers competitive pay, same-day or next-day pay, and flexible scheduling.

Applicants must hold an active LPN license, have at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR certification. PPD within the last year is also required. Local applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD/TB test within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements
