Haven Homes, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is hiring Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In addition to generous benefits, we are offering a $10,000 Bonus!

We moved into our premier 149-unit senior health & living campus in December 2020, offering independent living, assisted living, TCU, and long-term care. Our location is just 12 miles from Ridgedale Mall, off Hwy 12 in Maple Plain.

There are Full-Time positions available with varied schedules, including every other weekend.

Full-Time Hours: Days (6:00 am to 2:30 pm) and Evenings (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm)

Pay: $27 - $33.57/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Display courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff
• Administer medications and treatments per physician’s orders, monitoring effectiveness
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment following policies
• Document care using computerized systems
• Notify Clinical Manager and family of significant resident changes and follow-up accordingly
• Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

• MN LPN License in good standing
• Prior LTC experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter and team player
