Licensed Practical Nurse LPN $10,000 Bonus

Lake Ridge Care Center, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is hiring Full-Time or Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to join our team. We offer generous benefits and a $10,000 Bonus!

There are Full-Time and Part-Time (every other weekend), benefit-eligible positions working varied schedules.

Day Hours: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
Evening Hours: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Pay Range: $28.41 - $36.29 / hour depending on experience.

Full-Time, Day is eligible for a $10,000 bonus. Part-Time Day is eligible for a $5,000 bonus. Payout for the bonus will be discussed in the interview.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow-up action as necessary
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Skills and Requirements:

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license
• Current BLS certification required
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team
