Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $10,000 Bonus at Lake Ridge

Lake Ridge Care Center, a 5-star rated senior care facility, is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). We offer competitive benefits and a $10,000 bonus for full-time positions.

Located in the West Metro at 310 Lake Blvd S, Buffalo, MN, we pride ourselves on our excellent service, having received the 2025 Customer Service Award and maintaining a five-star rating over the past three years. We value employee longevity and team stability.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-Time (evenings, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm) and Part-Time (evenings, 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm)
• Pay Range: $28.41 - $36.29/hour, depending on experience
• Benefits: Benefits eligible, including PTO, 403(b)/401(k) with employer match, healthcare options, and more

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, respectful care to residents, families, and staff
• Coordinate and oversee resident care, administer medications, and monitor responses
• Manage medications, supplies, and documentation using computerized systems
• Notify management and family of significant resident changes and follow up accordingly

Qualifications

• Current MN Nursing license and good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated team player
