Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for York South Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. You will work under RN supervision to provide resident care and support positive outcomes in a compassionate team environment.

We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay of $29-$35, weekend options, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k) and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing (LPN).
• Currently licensed by PA State Board of Nursing.
• Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication.
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders.

As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as well as physician’s treatment plan.
• Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
• Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.
