Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team on the full-time evening shift (3PM-11PM) at our Seaford facility. Under the supervision of an RN, you will deliver nursing care that supports positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, contributing to assessments and care planning, administering medications, and supervising care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure as an LPN.
• Must maintain BLS/CPR certification if required by state practice for the facility.

Responsibilities

Retention Bonus of $5K for ALL Part-time Nurses

Full-time Evening shift 3PM-11PM

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

• *Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
• *Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• *Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• *Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications
