Regency at Whitmore Lake in Whitmore Lake, MI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee resident care during assigned shifts under the direction of the Director of Nursing. You will supervise CNAs and coordinate care, ensuring continuity and safety for residents.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment.

• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities.

• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs.
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns.
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
