CNS Cares in Ohio is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private duty home health care on a part-time basis. The role requires working every Saturday and every other Sunday with 12-hour day shifts, and pay ranges from $30 to $34 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the practicing state(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide care in patients' homes on a private duty basis.

• Coordinate care across multiple homes and schedule visits.
