CNS Cares is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home private-duty care in the Las Vegas area. Positions offer part-time and full-time 12-hour shifts with pay starting at $45.00 per hour, plus benefits when scheduled for 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current license as Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification and TB test.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, in-home nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Assess patient needs and implement care plans with compassion.
• Monitor patient status and document care provided in accordance with policy.
• Collaborate with family and healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.
