Job summary

CNS Cares is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for private duty home care in Grants. This part-time position includes night and day options, with a Friday 7pm–7am shift or Wednesday/Saturday 9am–9pm shifts, at pay rates of $33–$38 per hour.

You will provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes and may travel to multiple locations as needed. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in-home health care, can work every other weekend, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state(s) of practice.
• Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based nursing care to patients.

Ideal candidates

• 2 years of in-home health care experience
• Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
• Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)
