Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care teams. The role includes medication administration (IVs) and direct patient care, with emphasis on accurate vital signs and monitoring outcomes.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay, and a range of benefits. RN/NP collaboration and CNA supervision are part of the daily workflow in a supportive, recognition-driven environment.
