Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team in Piermont, NY. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, and provide direct resident care in our SNF and long-term units.

The role includes educating residents and families, coordinating with physicians and other health professionals, and supervising CNAs to ensure high-quality care. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.
• Experience in SNF/Long Term Care preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and coordinate with physicians and families.

Responsibilities

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current License-LPN
