Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Blauvelt, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. This role involves caring for residents in the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, administering medications (including IVs) and monitoring outcomes.

You will work with physicians, NPs, families and staff, document vital signs, provide education, and supervise CNAs. Competitive pay up to $42 per hour with benefits, and daily pay option.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to monitor residents and document findings accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and measure outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
