Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team and help deliver compassionate resident care. You will administer medications including IVs, monitor vital signs, provide treatments, educate residents and families, and communicate with physicians, NPs and CNAs.

This position offers up to $42 per hour, a daily pay option, and comprehensive benefits with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• Experience with medication administration and vital signs.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to educate residents and families.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
