Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team in New York. The role includes medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, resident care, and family education, with collaboration among physicians and other health professionals.

Salary offered: up to $42 per hour. This position includes benefits and opportunities to supervise CNAs, with a focus on fresh approaches to patient care in a SNF/long-term setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
