Job summary

Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, take vital signs, and provide education to residents and families in a supportive setting.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay options, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Current LPN license required; CNAs supervision included.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor outcomes.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care units.
• Administer medications, including IVs where applicable.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families, and health professionals.
