Job summary
The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Ossining, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. All shifts are available, and we offer daily pay to provide flexible earnings.
You will administer medications (including IVs where permitted), monitor vital signs, deliver resident care, educate families, and communicate with physicians and staff. Supervising CNAs is also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- Experience administering medications and vital signs.
- Ability to educate residents and families about care.
- Strong communication with physicians, NPs, and staff.
- Experience supervising CNAs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care units.

- Take and record vital signs and monitor outcomes.
- Educate residents and families about care plans.
