Job summary
The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and long term care units. You will administer medications, including IVs, monitor vital signs, and support residents and families with care plans.

- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
- Medication Administration, including IVs.

- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
