Job summary
The Enclave at Rye Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled unit and long term care team. You will administer medications, including IVs, monitor vital signs, and provide resident and family education.
In this role you will collaborate with physicians, NPs, families, and other health care professionals, while supervising CNAs to ensure high-quality care for residents.

- Current LPN license required.
