Job summary
The Enclave at Rye Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an LPN to provide skilled nursing care in our facility in New York. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure quality outcomes.
As part of a collaborative care team, you will educate residents and families, supervise CNAs, and participate in care planning to support long-term well-being in our skilled and long-term units.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license is required.
Responsibilities

- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
