Washington Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Argyle, NY is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caregiving team. Base pay ranges from $30 to $38 per hour with evening, night, and weekend differentials. We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus and Daily Pay to access earnings quickly.

This facility provides two-tiered insurance and opportunities for career advancement. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules are available, with support for tuition reimbursement and nursing

• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Mansioni

• Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature.
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene.
• Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

DUTIES:

• Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.

• Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature.

• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.

• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.

• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

• Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene.

• Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member.

• Valid LPN State license.

• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Up to $50,000 in federal nursing incentives:

Eligible RNs and LPNs at this facility may qualify for up to $40,000 in student loan repayment plus a $10,000 stipend through CMS’s Nurses for Nursing Homes program with a three-year service commitment. Subject to program eligibility, approval, and available funding.
