Job summary

Washington Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Argyle, NY is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for both full-time and part-time roles. New graduates are welcome. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered, and daily pay is available through a third-party provider.

Base pay ranges from $20.25 to $22.25 per hour, with an additional $0.50 shift differential for evenings, nights, and weekends. Washington Center provides tuition reimbursement, flexible schedules, career advancement

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• Current CNA State Certification.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Assist with personal hygiene (bed baths, shaving, etc.).
• Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Feed residents and provide nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep resident spaces clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident data.

DUTIES:

• Observing Residents
