Washington Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Argyle, NY is seeking an LPN to join our nursing team. You will administer medications, monitor residents’ vitals, and assist with daily living activities in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid LPN State license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Record health details of Residents including vitals & temperature.
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Help Residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
• Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output.
