River Grove Health and Rehabilitation, managed by ClearView Healthcare Management, seeks an LPN to provide bedside care in a long‑term care setting. You will record vitals, administer medications, and communicate with RNs and physicians to ensure quality patient care.

Competenze

• Current LPN license in the state.
• At least one year of LPN experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide bedside care to patients, including personal hygiene maintenance.

LPN Job Description:

• Provide bedside care to patients, including personal hygiene maintenance

• Record the patients’ vital signs (including blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate)

• Collect patients’ health information

• Relay information between patients, registered nurses, and physicians

• Give oral medications and injections to patients

• Test a patient’s blood sugar levels

• Urinary catheter insertion and care

• Assist patients with personal hygiene

• Monitor for changes in patients

• Proper charting, documentation, and maintenance of patients’ medical records

• Asks questions when in doubt for clarification by the Registered Nurse.

• Acts as a role model for ancillary personnel.

• Maintains the confidentiality of the patient’s clinical records.

• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills

• Compassionate and friendly demeanor

LPN Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state.

• At least one year of LPN experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
