River Grove Health and Rehabilitation in Tennessee seeks an LPN to join our dedicated care team. The role centers on bedside patient care, accurate vital signs, medication administration, and diligent documentation in collaboration with RNs and physicians.

Competenze

• Current LPN license in the state.
• At least 1 year of LPN experience in long‑term care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Mansioni

• Provide bedside care and assist with activities of daily living.

LPN Job Description:

• Provide bedside care to patients, including personal hygiene maintenance

• Record the patients’ vital signs (including blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate)

• Collect patients’ health information

• Relay information between patients, registered nurses, and physicians

• Give oral medications and injections to patients

• Test a patient’s blood sugar levels

• Urinary catheter insertion and care

• Assist patients with personal hygiene

• Monitor for changes in patients

• Proper charting, documentation, and maintenance of patients’ medical records

• Asks questions when in doubt for clarification by the Registered Nurse.

• Acts as a role model for ancillary personnel.

• Maintains the confidentiality of the patient’s clinical records.

• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills

• Compassionate and friendly demeanor

LPN Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state.

• At least one year of LPN experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
