Job summary

Aviata Health Group in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support resident care and collaborate with CNAs in a family/team environment.

You will participate in treatment plans, supervise nursing staff, and help oversee Falls and Pressure Sore Programs while providing direct nursing services. Newly licensed LPNs are welcome and career growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation.
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program.
• Provide nursing services.
• Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout the resident’s course of treatment.
• Other duties as assigned.
