Job summary

Patriots Village Veterans Home in Sumter, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time shifts. The role requires 6 months of long-term care experience and a South Carolina LPN license. Competitive pay with a nightly shift differential and consistent scheduling within one location.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day
