Job summary

Patriots Village Veterans Home in Sumter, South Carolina seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting. You will support care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Pay ranges $32.00-$35.52/hour for full-time shifts, with a +$1.00/hour shift differential for evenings. Eligible candidates should have at least 6 months of long-term care experience and an active LPN license.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice as required.
• 6 months of Long-Term Care experience or more.
• Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Support the development and implementation of resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day.
