Job summary

Patriots Village Veterans Home in Sumter, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee daily nursing operations, assess resident needs, and coordinate care with the healthcare team. This on-site role requires strong leadership, clinical skills, and the ability to mentor CNAs and staff.

You will ensure quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction while working a fixed shift schedule within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with leadership experience
• Experience in long‑term care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and mentor nursing staff
• Proficient in basic computer use and screenings

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing operations and support the nursing team

What You'll Do
